I am an newbie on OpenSPARC. I can't find the following specification:
OpenSPARC T1 Processor Megacell Specification
OpenSPARC T1 Processor Datasheet
OpenSPARC T1 Processor External Interface
These specifications above is mentioned in theOpenSPARC T1 Microarchitecture specification. However, The documents are unavailable at http://www.opensparc.net/. where are the doucments available?

under the link provided.

search for any "megacell" did not reveal anything.
If the spec is available, please give us a specific pointer to it.

Steps to download:
dwaynelee said that these documnets are contained INSIDE the hardware download. So you should follow steps below:
Step 1: Download the following file and then use bunzip2 command to create OpenSPARCT1.tar file. e.g.
bunzip2 OpenSPARCT1.1.4.tar.bz
File Name Format File Size
OpenSPARCT1.1.4.tar.bz bzip2 88906217 bytes
Step 2: Use the following command to extract files from tar file :
tar xvf OpenSPARCT1.tar
Step 3: Please follow the instructions in the README file in the download to run simulations or synthesis. Also refer to Design/Verification Users Guide document included in the download.
Then you will find what you want under the \doc, and actually there are more than what you want.
