Patch Cluster download via ftp

Hi -

states:

"Patch clusters can be downloaded from the anonymous FTP server or retrieved from the publicly available patches page."

However, I don't see where to download the clusters from on the ftp server. The old patchroot directory is not there anymore.

Is the help file 81418 above incorrect?
