error while installing studio creator

i tried installing the Sun Java Studio creator and i get this error message during the first part of the installation

Error in instructions. Invalid jvm file name specified in LAUNCH. Invalid variable specification.Line Number(4)

i tried everything i can think of to resolve this issue.

downloaded the exe file again, unistalled all jdk's and everything on my computer as well..

what the hell!!

help required~

Please check where your java is installed. I would recommend completely uninstalling all jdk (if you have them installed separately), and un-setting your environment variable (java home / path)

Then re-install creator . The Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE Platform) 1.5.0_04 software is bundled and installed for all supported operating systems except Mac OS. Check the system requirements:
