Application Server 9 crashes several times

Hi

This is Manoj Jain working on AppServer 9. I've developed a small application that takes data from the client and performs database operations. But while doing this, my appserver several times crashes down. What could be the reason? and please mail me the configurations that solves the problem. If required then I can send you whole application.
