R8016 - not enough space for thread data

My OS is Windows XP SP2, Win installer version is V3.01 4000.1823.My PC has 512 MB RAM.When I tried to install JAVA Studio 8, even before the unparking process completed, the error message poped up, and then poped up many times later. As a result, the installation failed.
