Show bindings to properties bundle?

Hello again!

Just another (hopefully simple) question. I'm trying now my first application with internationalization - using a message/properties bundle for texts in different languages (I only need languages for now). Gone through a tutorial, added a loadBundle and bound texts to #{messages.test}. Works fine.

But simplify my work - is there any option to show a default language in Visual Designer? Or at least the bindings? Right now, after binding a field to my message bundle, the text just disappeas (as was written in my tutorial) but works fine in browsers. It's not rellay convenient do design pages with a bunch of empty boxes.

Any hint?

Cheers,

Jan

Hi Jan,

Unfortunately at the moment, the answer is no, and attempts to fix it brough up some architectural issues that can not be resolved via a patch.

However, there is a Tech Article and a compponent library in the works which will provide a workaround to this issue. New Technical articles get posted to the forum so keep an eye out or just check the Technical artical section of our web site.
