Admin52-serv error(Event ID=24) on reboot

I have Sun One Server Console 5.2 installed on 2003 Server SP1. We use the software with Cognos. Whenever I reboot the server I receive this error in the event viewer-Application:

Netsite startup:Incorrect Parameter config( 1240):WARNING: Default charset MS932 not supported using ISO-8859-1 instead

Is there any way to stop this from appearing?

Is this error harmless?

I"m not sure how this question really comes under "messaging server", but I'll take a stab anyway.The error you show has to do with display characters. As long as you can see what you need to see in Console, it's harmless.
