About the signature

hi everyone,

I can enable Signature ,choose the "Include this text in each message you compose" and input the text in the textbox, click Save Changes button save it .

But I want add the same text in every message which send by anybody. How can I do this?Is there a message template I can modify it ?

Hi,

Are you talking about some kind of disclaimer to be added to each email? If so you can use the conversion channel to add this to all emails, please refer to the following forum entry:

Otherwise if you are referring to modifying the webmail/uwc interface then it would help if you would specify what version you are running of messaging server and UWC and whether your users use UWC or the Messaging Express (aka webmail) interface.

Another note. . .It's rather easy to add a text disclaimer to a text document, BUT, mails are more and more likely to have MIME parts, and simply adding a text footer to that is unlikely to be successful.Frankly, there is no easy way to do what you're asking for.
