Move bulk emails

We are running Messaging 6.2 Q105. All email users use imap for email retreival and the emails are kept on the server. One requirment is to move all emails belonging to a specific user to his mail account at Google mail. There are many emails in his mailbox so that a manual forward for every email is not doable. Is there a way from the messaging store or from the email client (Outlook) to send all the emails at once.
