Multiple domains pointing to a single user

Looking for pointers here...

Moving (evaluating) Messaging Server 6, 2005Q4.

It is installed, working and looking great so far.

My present system is just straight sendmail. My organization handles multiple domains and I have sendmail set up so that a given user can be reached at each domain we host. So if for example, I have three domains, domain1, domain2, domain3 and a user named bob, bob gets email regardless of which domain it was sent to.

How can this configuration be replicated in Messaging Server 6?

Thanks for your time,

Mike.

Messaging Server supports "domain alias" constructs. check the documentation for how to handle this. It's done in LDAP, on the fly. It's rather easily achieved. In fact, one of the other posters just posted that he was successful doing it, just today.

Hi,

I am looking for the way to configure sendmail to do the domain alias/relaying the way you describe. Can you tell me how you did it?

I want emails sent to user@domain1.com, user@domain2.com... be delivered to user single inbox. Using sendmail and no DNS other than MX entry in the domain DNS.

Thank you for your help!

I'm sorry, sendmail is outside our expertise. We know about Sun Java Enterprise Messaging Server here.
