Install Sun JES bundled (JavaEE5 bundle) on windows 2003 sp1 failed
I have failed to install Sun JES bundled on a windows 2003 enterprise sp1 machine. I did close the firewall during installation, and at first glance it looked like the installation was succeed. However, when I deploy ejb app to JES with the bundled NetBeans 5.5 beta, even a simplest sample app result in a SQLException (I never run it, just deploy!!). I then tried to login to the AdminConsole, and surprisingly realize that the AdminConsole is not even installed. When checking netstat with dos console, port 4848 is correctly listening, but if I try to connect to AdminConsole, the browser (not matter IE or Firefox) gives me a 404 error. Has anyone successfully installed JES on a windows 2003 enterprise sp1 machine? And will glassfish run into the same problem? Any comment is really appreciated, and sorry for the poor English, thank you!
