Upgrading from ps6 to ps7

Hello all,

I have SJES installed having the following products

Mail server

Calendar server

IM

Access manager

Directory server

Portal server 6

Web server 6.1

Now i want to upgrade it, specifically i want to upgrade the portal server to ps7. Also i want my portal to be on application server. So i want to have Application server 8 instead of webserver 6.1 and ps7 in place of ps6. Currently only the mailserver data is important. Infact i dont intend to have a backup/recover strategy. So can anybody propose a method of how to achieve it. Like what steps should i follow.
