use "groups"Refer to the SecurID sample form in sample direcrory (<idm home>/sample). It's really helpful.regardsManish Gurnani

This error usually indicates that the ACE server is down.1. Check whether "test Connection" to SecurId resource is successful2. Try running "sdadmin" utility to see if the ACE server is up and running. regards,Manish

hey please help me in this

I am trying to provision users to RSA 5.2 from SIM 6.0, I am using default administrator login by setting his password from RSA GUI but when I provision a user account to RSA it says

com.waveset.util.WavesetException:SecurId ACE/Server:(login)Sd_ContinueLoginError Access Denied

I have seen that server is running

Hi,

I see nobody replied with a solution......We had the same issue here and we finally figured out the solution. We have installed the RSA on a windows environment. It seems that when it is installed and rebooted, the system automatically starts with only a select set of services, weird. Goto control panel click on the RSA icon and start all the services. This should take care of it.
