Remedy Tickets provision

can any body pls help me on whether we can create remedy tickets from our IDM,If so please let me know also how can we disable account in remedy ? I dont want to deleteIf an account is disabled , can a ticket still be raised for that account.

Is it possible in the workflow, to wait till a Remedy ticket to be closed on Remedy side and then do something on SIM side?
