Login to AM, click on Service Configuration then choose Session, change the Maximum Session time to whatever you want 60 min. or 120 min.Bebay7

thank you!

but I login in AM,

I click on Service Configuration then choose Session,I look "Maximum Session time" has 120 min.

and I select "current session",I look all values is "zero",

I think of this reason: the session can't get session attribute.

Is my ideal right?

How do resolve the problem?

help me again!

Can you please test/verify the following scenario for me.1) You are able to login normally if you hit the login page and enter/submit credentials in < 120 seconds.2) You recieve the error if you hit the login page and enter/submit credentials after 120 seconds.

I hit this issue with JES4 and Access Manager 7.

I recommend getting AM7 patch 2 or get rid of any non-alpha/numeric characters in your base organization or sub-organization(s). (ie - o=domain, o=domain.com)

Spaces in organization names are also a no-no until patch 2 is installed.

cheers.
