Same issue here: Opening a support ticket on this one. Post-update reboots, grub is failing boot on these systems now.

I had a similar problem with the certificates not being installed, however after fixing that problem, I still can not get 118855-19 to install. It starts up, does a couple of dry run's, and then errors out, backs out of the patch and then reboots the platform.Here's the last part of the log file that was created for this patch:

I have tried to manually install the patch in single user mode as well as letting the update manager deal with it.
Is there any way to get it past this driver issue?
