Solaris Basic Service Plans - how to link them to online account?

We purchased a bunch of Solaris Basic Service Plans, which start with CWP letters. I'm having real trouble linking them to my online account. When I submitted them via sunsolve online account -> Link my support contracts to my online account, i got email from osc@psc-jitterbug.Central.Sun.COM saying that valid contract numbers do no begin with CWP letters. Called different places and nobody knows what to do with these contracts since they are not entitled for phone support. I sent a bunch of emails to onlinesupport@sun.com and received no response what so ever. It more than a week passed since I sent the first email there. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Contact your local solution center and explain that you're having an issue with your contract number and that you need someone to verify it's been setup correctly. They should then be able to help you out.
