patchset recommended no longer working

I had been using the recommended patchset on Solaris 8 but it no longer works:

# smpatch get

patchpro.patchsetrecommendedpatchdb

# smpatch update

recommended: not found at https://updateserver.sun.com/solaris/

Can you tell me why this no longer works and how to correct it?

I'm not aware of any changes having been made but i'll ask the engineering team to review this and update the thread.
