Unable to register at sun update connection

I'm unable to add one of our systems via updatemanager.

It claims the subscription key already is in use.

Two of our 'Sparc sockets' are still unused. Your installation guide does not provide any means of solving this problem. We've already tried the procedure described in <http://forum.sun.com/jive/thread.jspa?forumID=316&threadID=92208> - to no avail.

'/usr/lib/cc-ccr/bin/ccr -g cns.assetid' returns 258771952.
