eXchange for CAPS and the X12 OTD's.

Has anyone heard when Sun is planning on releasing eXchange for CAPS 5.1 as well as the X12 OTD's?Also, is it possible to use ICAN 5.0.5 eXchange and the X12 OTD's, with CAPS 5.1? If so, how would one go about installing them in a CAPS environment? Thanks.

Thanks Chris. Being a large health care payer organization, the X12 transaction set is core to what we do. Without these OTD's, it will hamper what we do with regards to CAPS, until they become available. I would hope SeeBeyond looks at delivering the OTD's, even if eXchange will not be available until sometime in the future.

Are there any other organizations monitoring this forum who are using the X12 transaction set, and do you plan on waiting until eXchange 5.1.1, before making any move to CAPS?

I heard a tentative date for JCAP 5.1.2 being released in mid October. I'm pretty sure the X12 libraries as well as eXchange are being released at that time also. It is not possible to use 5.0.5 eXchange or the X12 OTDs with 5.1.1 per support.

Regarding the release of eXchange with CAPS 5.1 - we are on track for a January 5 release of the updated eXchange product, which will now be called Sun B2B Suite 5.1.0, along with releasing the X12 OTD's at the same time period.

If you have further questions, please contact me at anytime.
