How to Monitor External Connection?

JCAPS 5.1.1 on Windows

Via the Manager - I've been trying to figure out how to monitor the HL7 TCPIP external connection. On section 3.2 page 24 of the TCP/IP HL7 Adapter user guide states that this is possible.

Can anyone show/point me to the correct screen?
