You might want to take a look at Java EE 5 SDK SOA Starter Kit Preview bundle which contains Project OpenESB Starter Kit (which is developer oriented versin of Sun's JBI/BPEL implementation) in addition to the rest of Java EE 5 SDK components. Download URL is:
