Ultra 60/Elite 3D problem

Hello,

I'm using adapter to connect standard PC monitor to my Ultra 60.

Until yesterday everything worked ok and then screen sudenly got blank.

I don' t get video output on boot and after boot. I can only login from ssh and serial console.

Monitor is ok (i tested i on other computer). I've also tried other monitor on Ultra.

Last thing I've tryed is to test video card in OBP and I got this:

ok test /SUNW,afb@1e,0

/SUNW,afb@1e,0 selftest failed. Return code = 116

ok

Does anybody konw what is return code 116?
