Proxy 4.0.2 VERY VERY VERY VERY SLOW

Hi guys,I am having a problem with Proxy 4.0.2 .. after migration from a version 3.6 now the response is very slow. It seems that cache is not being used... Any bug? Any ideas?Thanks
