Ability to kick someone out of a chat or conference room?

Does Sun JES IM have the ability to kick someone out of a chat or conference room once they are connected to the room? I know that the IM administrator can limit access to a conference room and give access levels to different users. But is there a way to remove a user while he/she is connected to the room?

Yes there is a way. When a user is inside conference room & you want to kick that user out of the conference room then you have to open the "Manage Conference Room" & assign READ/NONE access to that particular user & click on Apply . Special acces will get into effect dynamically & user will be kicked out.
