Are you asking how SunMC can receive alarms from other devices/systems (i.e. by an SNMP trap from another device)? Or did you want to know all the various data points SunMC can poll from its "modules" like Sun hardware, Solaris, logs/processes/apps etc?

If you're looking to receive traps, look at EventGateway (http://www.halcyoninc.com/products/EventGateway/index.php). If you're looking to forward alarms to other products/frameworks/email/phones, look at EventAction and it's Adapters (http://www.halcyoninc.com/products/EventAction/index.php)
