Create Logical Volume

Hello, I need to create some volumes in Solaris 9 on V240 with 2 HDD. The following is the table.

volume name -mount point-size-user-group-mode

fn_cache0-n/a-100m-fnsw-fnusr-664

How do I go about to archieve that? Thank you. I really appreciate help and guidence provided in the future.
