RAM disks/Virtual disks

Hi.

I am looking for information aboutRAM disks. How big they are, costs, performance etc. Where can i find such information. Is there somebody here, which have information about RAM disks (virtual disks).

My problem is that i need big disks (70 - 80 GB) and need real fast access.

So "ram disk" means: A real piece of hardware, not an emulated disk in the system RAM ?

Yes. A real peace of hardware. I.e. harddrives with RAM performance and functionallity. I would like to have 72 GB Data in RAM memory for fast access./johan
