SunRay help

G'day, i really need help with my test SunRay network,

I want to upgrade the firmware from 2.0 to 3.1, i think they are 2.0 right now!!

I run ./utfwsync and it counts down from 60 but they the sunray restarts about 4 times and then comes back with the same firmware!!!

Not sure what to do about this, also, i have noticed that they take a very long time to login even though it doesn't take long at all to login to the console, then when i am logged in, i get a big error message saying:

DT messaging system could not be started

?
