T3 Battery Status Unknown

The T3 power supply has a green LED for AC power, but has a blinking amber LED for the PS LED. When we connect to the T3 it shows the battery status for this Power supply as unknown. We can't seem to figure out what the problem is. Any suggestions?Thanks,Glyn

You could try pulling it out and putting it back in again to get the T3 to recognise it again. I am assuming that the other power supply is ok.
We have lots of T3's and so far I have never seen an PCU unknown error in one. I have seen every other possible problem...
Can you read the battery status of the problem PCU?
