Documentation for Sun StorEdge (now StorageTek?) C4 tape library
I've been trying to get my hands on the documentation for the C4. Sun's doc site does not have this product listed at all. The product documentation link (http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/prod/1878#hic) just returns " The requested item could not be found." I've even tried opening up a case with Sun. First, the support people had no idea what the C4 was. After 3 days and 3 support engineers, I finally found one who understood what this product was, but I was then told that getting the documentation would be on a time and materials basis. I'd rather not have to pay $400+ for documentation that should be on their website, just like all their other equipment. I'm currently using the Quantum PX502 documentation as a reference, but I'd really like to see Sun specific documentation.
Any ideas?

No, I have not yet been able to get my hands on this documentation from Sun. The support people have refused to provide documentation unless I pay time and materials, and docs.sun.com has never had this product listed on the site. Either the support people (all 4 of them I've gone through) are very, very confused about something, or Sun has some (IMHO) questionable business practices, charging customers for documentation.
The best I've been able to find

as the C4 is essentially a rebranded Quantum PX502.

If you need the doc I can provide you a ZIP file I found.
Also, I'm looking for a way to reset all of the passwords back to the default.
I've been told there is a technician password which gives complete control. Any ideas on where that might be documented, of if anyone has the answers to the password for this account?
