se3510 cabling and config

Hello all,

I'm just aquired a v490 with two HBAs and a se3510 12x72 with single RAID controller.

two questions...

1. Anyone know where I can get my hands on some decent docs that describe the best way to configure so I can help myself.

2. Any recommendations in the best way to set this up - I currently have it setup so HBAs are connected to fc0 and fc1 of the top controller - is this the right way?

and I used SAN full_duplex config - works like a charm, especially with Sun Traffic Manager 4.6 for automatic path failover (oh I have SAN switches).

Looks like you are using DAS - direct attach, so just cable:

ch. 0 cntrlr A to HBA 0, and ch 5 controller B to HBA 1.

make sure 3510 is set for loop-only, conection.
