Problem with Replication

There is a problem with replication which I posted before as well.

When 2 servers form an array then if a Windows application is launched, then killed within a short period of time (less than 2 mins) and relaunched. The application fails to launch

and the error given is:

Application: .../_ens/o=organization/cn=MS Power Point

Fault Code: Server.LaunchFailed

Fault String: Launch failed

If I rmove replication or if I wait for sometime before relaunching the application or if I let the application run for sometime before I exit it; the application is relaunched perfectly.

Any help in this matter would be much appreciated.
