tier3 loadprobe will not be able to function!!!!

i start the "tem"

# ./tem start

then an error occured:

tier3 loadprobe will not be able to function!!!!

Failed to bind to port 3579 reason: address already in use

check this port is available or configure the tier3 loadprobe to use a different port

how can i change the port for the tier3 loadprobe
