SSGD Application Object Disappears

Hello Everybody

I am running SSGD 4.0. On redhat Linux 9.0

When user logs on to SSGD server , they get their webtop without any application object and it shows a error message

When i restart the SSGD server User is Able to see the application as usual !

Any clues why this is happening ?

It is second time i have faced the above problem.
