Soap Fault: Session already has a SGD Client Connection

Hi All,only ONE of my customers has error in subject. Often during the day he is disconected from SGD server with that error. This happens from all his network clients pcs. Pls, could you help me to figure out what is the problem?Thank youbye

My guess is your client is perhaps usings an url to start the application with an old session id in it.Arno

He use the same url other client use. He can connect to sgd server, but after few minutes he is disconnected with that error. Other costumers don't have this issue.bye

He used a proxy (isa server 2004)... then i suggest to bypass proxy and he worked fine for a month... now he says nothing has changed in proxy configuration (we tried to uncheck use proxy in internet explorer settings and again we can connect to sgd) but issue is still present.

to bypass proxy he has configured isa server rules ad hoc for sgd site.

I would suggest to have your user use the classic webtop for a while in order to test or this does work. https://servername/tarantella. This method is slower in use, but when using the native client it is as fast as the sgd method.

Please also note the proxy settings you can set in the SGD client. Choose options on the SGD icon, bottom right corner client machine. This is also where you are able to check your user's connection info.
