web server and portal server seeming as installed but when I were installing there happen a mistake and setup crashed. I try to uninstall and I have run uninstall. but after the uninstall I try to setup again but this time these two server seeming as installed. how can I install these again?

have a look at the installed packages and remove them, for example with prodreg orpkginfo/u
