There were processes that consumed more than 1% of a CPU but the temporary file was not created in /tmp by awk or it was removed before the sort was run. The data that is shared here is truncated so I cannot determine the platform or operating system (i.e., Solaris or Linux). cooltst creates a numbered directory (e.g., 000, 001, etc.) each time it is run. Please tar a copy of the directory and email it to cooltst@sun.com. The developers will be happy to look at it to determine what happened.
