BSDL for OpenSPARC T1

Does anyone know if SUN have released or are planning to release BSDL (boundary scan description language) descriptions for the opensource model? Or any other DFT related information models (eg STIL)?

Sun did not release BSDL for the OpenSPARC T1. The
OpenSPARC T1 release is for functional design, synthesis and Verification.
BSDL and other DFT information is very much
physical design dependent (e.g. BSDL order and Scan chains
are stitched based on placement of the cells)
and hence there is no plan to release BSDL and other DFT
related information.
