Starting Deployment server fails

Hello

in the last few days, I've tested "Java Studio Creator" and now I have a small problem. I installed the program as admin (Windows XP) and now I want to use it as normale user with constricted rights, but I can't start the deployment server (as admin it runs perfectly). Can anyone please help me. How can I solve the problem?
