MAVEN Directory Layout

HI!

What if I want to use the Maven Directory Layout with SUN JSC? I haven a WEB application where I use Maven and I want to write the GUI with SUN JSC. I tried to make it recognize the existing WEB.XML and JSP's, however it doesn't work. I can imagine JSC enforces some directory and file locations. Is there any way to change that?
