unable to get the Blueprints AJAX Components

I am unable to get the Blueprints AJAX Components it Failed from tools/update center and am in need of the autocomplete text field. I installed Creator 2 on XP home is that my problem? Or one of them.Thanks

In what way did it "fail". What error message did you get? What where the symptoms that it failed?

I'm fine now and I have them, but when made my first 3 attempts it seemed to stall so I couldn't tell weather I had them or not. And through the whole thing it made me log back on. Eventually I got a message something to the effect of 'single log on not working now'.
I didn't use any tutorial to get them I just saw the 'tools/update in Creator and figured if they are new that's the place.
