If you use page fragments then you can modify the page fragment any time and the change will reflect in all pages which are using that fragment.

But if you use page template and in a latter date can you modify that template page such a way that changes reflect in all new pages created with that template? If not this will be a major drawback of this approach.

Please explain about this.
