Well, as the documentation is not available (as of today) online download the Sun Java Caps Repository cd from Sun Site (the java-caps-5_1_0-repository-cd<n>.iso, suitable for you platform) and see there the usefull installation guide: CAPS_Install_Guide.pdf
After finding this one we will find other related (and usefull) documentation for Sun Java CAPS
