java.lang.NullPointerException

Whenever i clcik on Deploy to myConnection option to deploy applet3.deploy ....the OC4J admin toll exists giving the exception:

Java.lang.NullPointerException.....

I am working with JDeveloper 9.0.3 and my using OC4J application server 9.0.4

....

Initally this problem never occurred....

can any one please help...its very very urgent....
