How much does it cost?

Hello,

could you please help me to find an answer to the following question:

Starting from December '05 <a href="http&#58;&#47;&#47;www.sun.com/software/solaris/get.jsp" target="_blank">here</a> we can read:

<i>Get the Solaris Enterprise System

Download a complete enterprise-class solution or parts for multiple platforms齋olaris 10 OS, Java Enterprise System, development tools, N1 software齨o cost, no kidding.</i>

What does it mean? How much does the Sun Cluster (part of JES) cost ? What does the <font size="4"><font color="red">"no cost"</font></font> clause mean?

TIA,

-- Leon

It's a pretty simple model.

1. It's free to download, develop, and deploy, but you don't get support or indemnification.

2. If you want support and indemnification you can purchase the availability suite ($50/employee), Java Enterprise System ($140/employee), or purchase a point product license.
