The Sun Java Enterprise System is a software suite.
Perhaps try the "Hardware Forums" link at the side of the page?
In particular, review the first 'pinned' post in the Workgroup Servers forum.
I believe you will need to open a service case, directly with Sun, in order to get the proper information.
