Solstice Enterprise Manager Notification

Hello,

I want to develop a SEM Application to handle notification for particular agent. I will be handling both confirmed and un-confirmed notification. If i get confirmed notification How i send the confirmed M-Event-Report response to agent? Kindly help me out in this regard.
