Update connection shows pending or in progress, but patches were applied

I have two boxes, one which on the web shows in progress, and the other box, which on the web shows pending.

Still both are fully up to date, and the jobs the web shows as in progress/pending, have already been applied.

How/when would they become in sync ? Both boxes are checking in on a regular basis...
