Marks on installed packages list on Update Manager

Hi again forum membersNo w I have a doubt about a kind dash or hyphen instead of the checkbox , that I can switch in order to uninstall the package, so If the dash appears instead of the checkbox mark I couldn't select in order to uninstalled, why?Thanks in advance
